Return Eligibility

Due to the sacred, energized, and personalized nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

You may request a return or replacement if:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is defective upon delivery.
The product received is significantly different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Energized or Siddha Crystals.
Activated gemstones and spiritual items.
Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.

Refund Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect:

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement items will be shipped after verification of the issue.
Additional shipping charges will not apply for approved replacement requests.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Results may vary from person to person. Therefore, dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, beliefs, or perceived spiritual outcomes shall not qualify for a refund or return.
